How would it work?
Step 1: Planning
This is a combination of written documents, flow diagrams, and full-color mock-ups describing your different customer journeys and showcasing the look and feel. The goal is front of mind as we plan out the beginning, middle, and end for each customer, making the case for how your website will bring them value and achieve the stated objectives.
Step 2: Execution
This is where we put the plan and look into action, coding the front-end and back-end into a functioning prototype. All graphics, animations, and other content will be loaded into the site for your approval.
Step 2: Testing and delivery
Every part of the site will be thoroughly tested, with ongoing tests happening even after deployment. Detailed analysis of metrics would help us determine exactly where greater analysis and effort is required.
